Unlocalized Text in Bloodpoints Bonuses Tooltip

Steps to Reproduce

1. I launch the game into the steam
2. I click on the "Play event blood moon" button on the main menu
3. I click on the Killer or Survivor button
4. At the bottom right side there is an "Bloodpoints" icon and i put the mouse over this icon
5. Here the game shows a tooltip called as "Bloodpoints bonuses"
6. The first text there is a string doesn't localized into english language (Screenshot 1)
7. If i change into italian language or others languages there is the same issue (Screenshot 2)

Explanation

[Bug]: Text doesn't localized "Bloodpoints Bonuses"

Description: When i put the mouse over the "Bloodpoint" icon at the bottom-right side, i see this tooltip. In this tooltip there is the first point a string doesn't localized in english (Screenshot 1) and italian language (Screenshot 2)
