Steps to Reproduce
- Queue the Blood Moon Event as Survivor
- Load into the Fallen Refuge map
- Complete the main generator (Blood Generator)
- Escape through the exit gate
Explanation
Completing the main gen on Fallen Refuge when playing in the Blood Moon Event and escaping does not grant the "Don't Open, Dead Inside" Steam Achievement
