Explanation
So, I was playing a game of Legion on Badham Preschool I with the following perks and add-ons: No Way Out, PWYF, Blood Favor, Weeping Wounds / Mural Sketch, and BFF. The bug was that even when i hit all 4 survivors in Frenzy, BFF didn't receive a stack. Maybe it's worth checking out.
