| Additional Notes & Comments: |
NOTE: This was a bugfix in 9.5.1 to allow us to rename the character customization preset but after the fix, it’s bugged in a different way. to clarify for any confusion, this is NOT the same bug as before 9.5.1, it’s a new one.

Steps to Reproduce
- rename any character customization preset on your character
- wait a minute or so after doing it
- a syncing error will show up and reset your character customization preset names back to default
- the store, bloodweb, in-game inbox, auric cell purchase menu, and the quests menu will receive an error loading screen when trying to open
Explanation
Syncing error after renaming character customization preset. it won’t let you keep a name you made for the preset and will reset them back to default. this syncing error issue also bugs out the bloodweb, store, auric cell purchase menu, quests menu, and the in-game inbox. making it unavailable to use.
