Expected Result:	'!' notification should disappear once new quests have been viewed, similar to the Shop tab once you view new cosmetics

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the game
2. See '!' notification on Quests
3. Select Quests
4. View new Quests, such as Daily Quests
5. Back out to Lobby
6. '!' notification is still on Quests
7. Cycle through all tabs in Quests to see if there is something hiding with a '!' notification
8. Nothing showing itself as source of '!' notification

Explanation

Quests Notification will not disappear. This has been an ongoing issue since the launch of Stranger Things Chapter 2, which I suspect was caused by that mess of a launch day. I clear my quests every day, I've individually selected every single quest on my board, completed and not, nothing I do removes the '!' notification on the Quests tab.
