Steps to Reproduce

1. Ready up
2. Join the game
3. Enter game
4. Frozen

Explanation

When I join into a match as killer, I am not able to move or look around. I can access the options and menu and use my ability e.g I can Frenzy as legion however I am not able to move while doing so. I am not able to look around either I am just stuck where I have spawned into the game. I then receive a penalty for inactivity however I do not want to leave the match in fear of receiving a worse penalty
