Uneven Map Distribution in Realms

Actual Result:	40-50% of matches are only played on realms with single maps. (i.e. Gideon Meat Plant, Springwood, Lery's Memorial Institute, etc.)
Expected Result:	An even number of matches played across all realms.

Additional Notes & Comments:	This bug severely affects a great number of characters on the Killer roster, either granting a severe disadvantage to Killers that depend on outdoor maps like Singularity, Hillbilly, etc. or a gigantic inherent advantage to playing stealth Killers like Ghostface or Pig, or playing strong Killers with Undetectable builds like Ghoul. This is the sole reason why I have basically never touched the game for the past several months because all my favorite Killers are basically unplayable on indoor maps, which all have greatly boosted chances at the moment.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Play a series of matches
2. Record how many times you get maps that are exclusive to a realm rather than realms with many maps like MacMillan Estate or Coldwind Farm.

Explanation

Chances to get maps are weighted by the number of maps in the realm, not by the total number of maps in the game. This leads to an overabundance of games primarily taking place on maps like Badham, Gideon Meat Plant, Hawkins, Treatment Theatre, etc. and virtually never getting any games on maps from realms like MacMillan Estate or Coldwind Farm.
