Jason's button prompt to "Aim Spike" dissapears after throwing the spike first time. After that you have the "Throw Spike" prompt stuck on the screen that only goes away if you start aiming another...

Persistent 'Throw Spike' Prompt When No Spike is Held
When playing as Jason, the "Throw Spike" prompt in the UI remains present even if you currently do not have a spike. Pressing the button as prompted does nothing.
