Visual bug with Houndmaster frosty eyes. The eyes don't glow at all so its just default. In other words the eyes ain't frosting

Missing Glowing Eyes Effect for Frosty Eyes Skin on Houndmaster
When you equip the Frosty Eyes skin for Houndmaster she does not have the glowing frosty eyes. She instead looks like the default skin.
