The 'grenade launcher' challenge in Tome 3 no longer works correctly. I have hit fully charged hatchet shots on multiple survivors in a single match, but the challenge is still not completed.

On the Tome 2 - Reckoning, the Grenade Launcher tome/quest for Huntress doesn't register the charged hits.
