Mettle of Man now triggers when the third protection hit happens. This can sound accurate but it is in fact not working as intended. This doesn't have to be fixed, as it gives the perk more value....

Duty of care doesn’t work upon killer power hits (Alien tail attack,Springtrap axe, etc.) even though the perk says whenever you take a protection hit. This perk has been bugged since release.
