Dungeon Crawler Steam Achievement is Bugged: Completed a generator at the dungeon, escaped via Exit Gates and did not get the Achievement.

"Dungeon Crawler" achievement didnt unlock. Me and my gf both did the gen and escaped through the exit gates and it didnt unlock for either of us. she is on xbox and im on steam.
