Explanation
I can no longer see or join any multiplayer lobbies. Deep Dives won't work either. Also, the Egg Hunt event doesn't show up. All I can do is walk around on the space rig. I haven't tried testing single player yet. The game was working fine during the 8 year anniversary event. AFAIK the only change I made since then was installing a different game on a completely different drive.
