Explanation

Hello,

I recently finished collecting all the cards and completed every album. However, when I tried to claim my final reward, I encountered a bug — the reward window wouldn’t close. I decided to restart the game, but after logging back in, the reward was gone and I didn’t receive anything.

I already submitted a support ticket about this issue, but it has been 4 days and I haven’t received any response yet. Could you please look into this matter and help me recover my missing reward?
