Steps to Reproduce
- I was part of the beta group
- Used my gems to buy the 2500 energy pack
- After update, I lost access to the island.
- At launch, my gems were not returned to my account.
Explanation
I was part of the beta test group but lost access after update. Gems used were not returned to my account even after I reported it.
