Steps to Reproduce
- Go to the Tropical Island
- See where you can get the rewards
- Attempt to collect rewards for both free and tropical pass
- Observe that only the free reward can be collected
- Note that this issue started recently despite previously being able to collect both rewards
Explanation
I have already purchased the Tropical Pass since it was first released. Now, I just read on your announcements thread that players who previously purchased the Tropical Pass would get it again. So, when I tried it earlier, yes I had access to the Tropical Pass again and was able to collect the reward. However, after a few hours, I can't get the rewards for Tropical Pass anymore. Please fix this. Thank you so much.
