Explanation
In the Star Vault it is possible to convert stars to low-tier chest even though you claimed all 3/4 cards already. It seems that Star Vault has a slight delay before checking if all N-stars are claimed, which makes it possible with quick timing to buy a low-tier chest, which contains a pack of cards you already have
P.S. I acknowledge that this bug doesn't profit players, but still, I am quite sure it is not intended game mechanic
