I merged 5 9dollars coins but it disappeared and nothing given out

I think I leveled up to 21, and accidentally reloaded before I accepted the reward, but I did not ge the energy or the loot boxes from it. Not sure if it will reproduce.

I had 5 of the 27 coins, ready to combine 5 to get 2 gold coins, then my game crash, when I come back in , I still level up but the coins are back to 3. I’m not sure why it bugged out.
