I didn't get my gift after reaching level 20 of tropical island . I claimed it but it isn't in my base

Why didn't I still get the reward for completing 20 level in tropical island . Where is my reward . I made a report previously but no action is taken

I did not get any rewards from the Island, even though, I paid for the gold ticket and I reached up to the 20th level.

i reached level 14 on the island and i went to collect my reward (2x paintbrushes) and it now has the check mark indicating that i collected it but it never actually gave me the paintbrushes.

I completed 20 levels of Tropical Island but didn't receive the reward. It shows as received, but I don't have it.

tropical island silver chest reward at level 19 did not include gazebo pieces even though other silver chests on main farm do. was also the non-flower sides on the chest.

Hello!!! How can I recover my rewards from level 13 to 20 here in tropical island?? I claim it and it doesn't appear to my farm.
