I play via Facebook, when I go to motivate my friends and come back I don't get any reward for it or a window with the option to double it, please fix this

Didn’t get rewards for visiting friends farm because the game force closed upon returning. Train ticket is gone and no rewards. Happens regularly, also when getting sticker packs.

When I use my ticket to travel on my way back it freezes so I restarted and I lose my rewards every time so I'm not getting any boxes
