Once completing a level the game refreshed and I was not awarded the prizes that come with completion. Did not receive energy or boxes for completion. This game continues to cheat the player

When a set album was ompleted, only my boxes added to my inventory. my energy did not increase

I didnt get the reward from the train from maggies farm
