We have a bit of a problem with raffles being deleted - sometimes before they end, sometimes after but before the winner has claimed. To deter users from doing this, it would be great if the bonus stars weren't awarded until either

• winner has claimed
• 48 hours has passed since the completion of the raffle.

This would encourage the raffle holder to tag the winner in the thread and make for a fairer raffle system.
