A water or wind powered mill stone or some other type of mill that would allow for grinding / or in lieu of using the mortar / pestle. Maybe a guinea pig on a wheel powered one! Since it'd be 'automated' (or at least not have to be worn) perhaps it takes a bit longer to process to make up for the 'convenience' factor?
