XP Progress Disappears Upon Rejoining the Game

Steps to Reproduce

1. Well I disconnect and I have not joined back until today
2. Sometimes the game like starts lagging like bad to where you can’t hear sirens or the engine to where I just disconnect
3. Or like when someone is just like blaring their horn or like that screeching noises coming from cars makes the game lack quite a bit
4. Sometimes the skip button is lagged or likely like during the team and you know the map starts going out and stuff and taking you to a whole different place that makes me lag quite a bit
5. My XP was reset from around 512 XP to about 1.23 XP and my rank changed from Citizen back to Tourist

Explanation

So im kinda new to the game, I only started playing a few days ago. Around 2 days ago someone told me that working at the donut shop was one of the fastest ways to get XP, so I decided to do that. I spent a lot of time there over those 2 days just grinding XP and trying to rank up. After doing that for a while I got to around 512 XP. I know it was around there because I unlocked Citizen and was finally able to access more teams. That was basically the whole reason I was grinding XP in the first place. Then when I joined the game again the next day, all of my XP was gone. Instead of having around 512 XP and Citizen, I was back at around 1.23 XP and my rank got changed back to Tourist. It was like all the progress I made just got wiped. Sadly I dont have screenshots of my old XP because I never expected something like this to happen. The only screenshot I have is of my current XP after it got reset. If I knew this bug was possible I definitely would have taken proof. I also know this isnt only happening to me. Im friends with a moderator and he told me that this has happened to him before too. Ive also heard of other people having similar issues with their XP disappearing, so it doesnt seem like a one-time thing. I spent around 50-80 minutes, maybe even longer, grinding for that XP just so I could get Citizen and unlock more things in the game. Having all of that progress disappear for no reason is really frustrating. Im not trying to be rude or disrespectful to the staff at all, but it honestly feels like all that time was wasted because of a bug or some issue with XP saving. I wanted to report this because I dont think this should be happening, especially if multiple players have experienced it. If possible, I would appreciate someone looking into it because losing all that XP after spending so much time getting it is pretty discouraging.
