Steps to Reproduce

1. Spawn a JPD 2020 or 2022 explorer
2. go to the explorer and attempt to sit in the passenger seat of the vehicle on the right side.
3. Also attempt to put a prisoner in the back left passanger seat
4. You can't it won't let you. Its broken. A 4 seat car is now a 2 seat vehicle.

Explanation

Broken passenger seats for JPD explorers. The only two working seats in the 20 and 2022 explorers are the driver's seat and the passenger's seat directly behind the driver. All the other seats in the vehicles do not work. The front passenger side, along with the rear passenger side do not work, nor can you sit in it or place a person in custody in it. This is for the marked explorers at JPD.
