Steps to Reproduce
- Spawn as FCPD
- Walk to the K-9 spawning room
- Attempt to spawn a K-9, and the bug is present
Explanation
FCPD K-9 spawner just doesn't work at all. You walk up to it and try to spawn one, and nothing happens. I don't know if I'm just not angled right or what, but I just can't figure it out.
