Steps to Reproduce

Spawn as Civ
Check XP on Civ team
Go to work at target and complete a task that rewards xp
Rejoin Civ team and check XP.

Explanation

Target XP does not affect Civilan XP

In the current version of the public server, I went to work at Target. I was at 2816xp on the Civ team before this. After I went and scanned an item at Target (41xp). It gave that XP to the Target team, not the civ team, which stayed at 2816xp. It is supposed to give both of them XP.

I could not get a clip, as it would be too long. I have provided the F9 log.
