Pressing Y to place your hand on your gun as an LEO should significantly increase draw speed. LEO's who make first contact with suspects are typically always going to die if the suspect draws a gun, since LEO's cannot draw first unless they have to based on the suspects history. Draw time is slow, so making this change could really help balance out gunfights.
