I would like to suggest that Law Enforcement Agencies such as HCSD, FCPD, and VHP have a change to their policies about Open Carrying. I think that they should not be able to Open Carry a rifle or shotgun on their back/front unless one of these two things, they are either a SWAT member (SEB, SRCTU, SRT) or there is an active situation requiring a rifle/shotgun.
