This is my suggestion:
Semi Trucks with trailers. It gives DOT a reason to have a heavy wrecker. A weight station can also be added with a commercial vehicle enforcement division of VHP. A weight station attached to a rest stop or gas station would add more character to the currently empty highway. VHP would use the Chevy Silverado and the Chevy Tahoe for this division. It would create more scenarios for roleplay such as Chems trafficking and other things. Commercial Vehicle Enforcement could also be its own separate team or even a state agency.
