It would be very nice to see an expansion to the CAD and systems in it. For example, when you run someone's name you should be able to see what cars are owned under their name, their insurance status on each car, and the date that it was registered/bought. Also car registrations would be a nice touch, having to register each new car you buy. It would add a little more depth into each character and give LEO's more useful information on a person.
