Add stop sticks!

Please add three types of stop sticks for leo departments. The big one medium one and the small one.

It would be a cool feature for leo's to have this to prevent escaping from code 5 traffic stops since more and more people start to evade and pitting is almost impossible.

I've seen irl police using all three of it and it works great making pursuits end quickly.
