Make JPD Make Sense:

As of right now, the Juniper Police Department makes absolutely no sense, at all, and I will explain: Juniper Police is a municipal police department (city), as marked by the patrol cars. However, their JD is the entire map. From what I’ve heard, it’s supposed to be a state-police, which again doesn’t make sense—Ventura is the state, not Juniper, and we already have the Ventura Highway Patrol. Moreover, its also patrols Florence, a municipality already with a police department. As by logic, and normal law, a city has one primary police department. Names also matter — you wouldn’t have a “City Police” patrolling the entire state (JD). To top it all off, we never had a Juniper in-game, never heard of it, never was marked in-game—nothing. Where is Juniper?

We can run through these thought-up scenarios over and over again, but it just doesn’t work. Everything is contradicting each other—this department is a mess., and just doesn’t blend in. My proposal is that we re-wire this entire thing, and make Juniper Police’s jurisdiction the greater part of Florence, like the neighborhoods, and the east side of Florence—essentially where their station is. Doing this only makes sense. That part can be considered the City of Juniper, and actually populate it.
