Add more retro police vehicles into the game.

I am a big fan of retro law enforcement, and I am suggesting adding old police vehicles from the 80's and 90's. I want to suggest vehicles such as:

-1987 Crown Victoria
-1992 Crown Victoria
-1987 Caprice
-1996 Tahoe
-2001 Tahoe

I would also like to suggest older sirens for these vehicles.
