Implement Text Messaging and Social Media Tweeting Features, and Address Pharmacy Job Issues

There’s a few suggestions I’d like to see in Ventura:

1) Add texting - Just like real life, let the text message app work in game.

2) Use a tweeting app - Just like LA, there’s an app others can use to tweet like Twitter or X. It’d be cool to have that same feature in Ventura.

3) Fix the Pharmacy Job - It’s currently not working and a tutorial in YouTube on how to do the pharmacy job would be great.
