Add 2014 Dodge Charger Police Pursuits.

I think it would be highly beneficial to have more cruiser variants. There should be marked, ghosted, and unmarked liveries for thos as well. It would be especially awesome if there was a ghosted "Traffic Enforcement" variant. I would definitely buy that variant. 👌🏻
