Explanation

Gathering basic cubes and setting up burners, placed a burner's output right behind another node (see screenshot). Suddenly not able to delete, move or copy stuff. Saved the game, reload the save, cannot load because index out of bound exeption. Autosave before this action also results in the same bug. Reloading the game and loading manual save let me continue the game. Cannot reproduce the issue by placing the same burner again.
