Explanation
- Open the tech tree, move and zoom.
- Save the game.
- Load the game.
- Open the tech tree. The view is not restored, but it is likely the player would want to go right back to where they were. Especially as it can be difficult to navigate and find what you're looking for in the first place.
This may or may not be a bug.
