Mouseover text
the "cursor tools" at the bottom of the left side of the screen show shortcuts for tools. When I mouse over those tools I see titles for them: move tool, copy tool, clear items, remove. At the top of that list is the regular cursor. Mousing over that top one shows text: "Atlas Statue Awarded to units with outstanding performance." this feels like the description of something else, not that tool
